2. Products 

We offer a range of equestrian accessories, including handmade, custom-made and sourced products.

Where a product is handmade or custom-made, it will be clearly stated in the product description where appropriate.

Handmade products may have slight variations in appearance, stitching, measurements or finish because each item is individually made.

For products available in different colours, sizes or options, customers are responsible for selecting their preferred choices carefully when placing an order.

Product photographs are provided to give an accurate representation of the item. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

3. Custom and personalised orders

Some of our products are made specifically to the customer's requirements.

Please check your colour, size and customisation choices carefully before placing your order.

Once a personalised or custom-made item has entered production, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind, where UK consumer law allows an exception for personalised or made-to-order goods.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match the description.

4. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in UK pounds (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as a pricing or stock error.

Orders will normally only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product or at checkout.

As our products may be handmade or made to order, some items may take longer to prepare.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal or courier delays outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

8. Returns and cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

For standard, non-personalised items, customers may have the right to cancel their order within the statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law, subject to applicable exceptions.

Certain products that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the right to cancel.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

Customers are responsible for checking products before use and ensuring that they are suitable for their horse and intended use.

Handmade products should be regularly checked for signs of wear or damage.

If a product becomes damaged or worn, it should no longer be used until it has been assessed or replaced.

Kimberley Jade Horse Accessories cannot be responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect use, misuse, alterations or failure to check a product before use.

11. Product photographs and colours

We make every effort to display product colours and photographs accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

As our products are handmade, individual items may have small differences from photographs shown on the website.

12. Intellectual property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding and other content on this website belong to Kimberley Jade Horse Accessories unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
